Substance Abuse Program Facilitator

|Description:||AdCare Criminal Justice Systems, Inc is looking for a Program Facilitator to work in the Middleton House of Corrections providing clinical and substance abuse services to incarcerated clients within the Sheriff's Department. |
|Duties:||Duties inclide, but are not limited to providing intake and psychological documentation and the resulting treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries and aftercare plans. Creating, writing and presenting Substance Abuse educational lectures and corresponding workshops. Providing individual counseling, crisis counseling and referrals for further service. Participating in team meetings and comply with accreditations and requirements.|
Education: CAC/CADAC or within 1 year of being qualified for CAC, or AA, BA, BS and within 2 years of qualifying for CAC, or Master's Degree in relevent field.
Experience: Minimum of six months experience working with clients in a Substance Abuse Treatment setting, a correctional setting, or equivalent.
Other Skills: The ability to create and present unique educational and skill development lectures and workshops through knowledge of the 12 Step programs, disease concept of addiction, to implement Cognitive Behavioral Curriculum and lesson plans, to demonstrate professionalism and accountability, and to maintain federal confidentiality requirements.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a CORI background records check.
